Here are 2 really fast weight loss exercises to lose weight in just a few days. You can forget about jogging and all that other typical cardio nonsense, these exercise are WAY BETTER.

Fast Weight Loss Exercises to Lose Weight

1. Quickest way to lose weight with exercise is to do hindu squats

Sounds like something hard? Nope, it's not hard at all. It's really simple. Do you know how to squat? If yeah, then all you do is squat... but do it as fast as you can and do it over a period of 5 minutes. No weights are needed. Just you and your body.

To get the most out of this exercise, try to do it non-stop. People who average 20+ squats a minute and over 100 squats in 5 minutes are the ones who get unbelievably fast fat loss results.

One tip... if you can't quite do 100 squats in 5 minutes, then build up to doing the whole 5 minutes by starting with doing fewer minutes but averaging at least 20 squats per minute. Slowly build up from there.

2. Jumping on a mini-trampoline 2 minutes at a time

This is a quick way to lose weight without even sweating. And the best part is you can do these during tv commercials since they last about 2 minutes. In fact, if you have a favorite 1 hour tv show, just watch that show and do this during all the commercials. You'll get in an easy 20 minutes of exercise that way.

Skin Care Tips – 3 Common Sins Made by Beauty Product Buyers All Over the World

One day you wake up, you look in the mirror, and you wonder when you started looking so old. I don't mean old like grandma, just older than you thought.

These aging signs start creeping up on us all, and before we know it, they smack us in the face. Is there something you can do about them?

The answers is YES, I myself have been where you are, I've been searching for skin care tips that would help me reduce my wrinkles, fine lines, and saggy skin, but most of them failed to deliver.

I have done a lot of research, and I've tried a lot of things, and I have uncovered 3 common sins that pretty much everyone is making that are not getting the results they want, and here they are:

1. Neglecting Diet - Eating a healthy diet should be the foundation of your skin care regime. Your diet should contain A LOT of fruits, and vegetables. They are the ideal food for the human body, and they will not only make your skin glow, but also supercharge your health. Avoid all those processed junk foods, they might be hard to give up, but in the end, do you want to look good, or do you want to eat?

2. Saying No to Exercise - I can hear you! If you think exercising is boring, then you just haven't found the right exercise form yet. I used to jog, and that was incredibly boring, so I didn't do it that much. Then I found martial arts, and I love it. I do it anywhere from 3-7 times a week, and not only is my fat melting, but my skin is glowing as well!

3. Not Finding Natural Skincare Products - This is one of the skin care tips that made the biggest difference for me. A big sin made by most people is not putting in the time to research, and finding completely pure skincare products. Most skincare products contain chemicals that are seriously harming your skin. The ingredients in it don't matter if it contains unnatural ingredients that are toxic to you.

With all that said, those are my skin care tips, and those are the sins I see people making. If you don't completely understand how you can avoid these, I can help you.

The Chemical Cocktail of Skin Care

Remember the scene in Goldfinger when the Bond girl is covered in gold paint and dies because her skin suffocates? While it is doubtful whether anyone would regularly practise anything so obviously wacky (not to mention expensive!) the outcome itself is not as crazy as it sounds. We tend to forget that the skin is the largest organ of the body, and every day we apply a chemical cocktail of substances in ignorant bliss, unaware that up to 60% of anything applied topically can be absorbed into our bodies. As the average woman uses up to 14 different skincare and cosmetic products each day, this calculates to a massive two kilograms of different chemicals each year seeping into our systems. So why does this matter? With many of the synthetic ingredients used in everyday skin care being potentially toxic to humans, you may like to reconsider some of the following:

Petrochemical derived ingredients (such as mineral oil) are extensively used in skin care as they help prevent water loss. While this may seem beneficial, they actually prevent the skin from breathing by forming an occlusive barrier, disrupting the skins normal functioning.

Parabens (a common preservative) have demonstrated oestrogen mimicking activity which disrupts the body's normal hormonal balance. In addition, parabens have also been shown to cause abnormalities in cell reproduction, an issue also associated with cancerous cells.

Sodium Laurel Sulphate (SLS) (a foaming agent) used in toothpaste, shampoo and foaming cleansers. Numerous trials showed that SLS can increase transdermal water loss causing the skin to become dehydrated and cause skin irritation.

Phthalates are a group of synthetic chemicals that are used in the production of various substances such as plastics, beauty products and artificial fragrances. Phthalates can interfere with reproductive tissues in both men and women leading to issues such as infertility and birth defects. Specifically it targets the testes in men and breast tissue in women.

Parfum and synthetic fragrances are the most common cause of adverse skin reactions.
Propylene glycol is implicated in contact dermatitis, kidney damage and liver abnormalities. It also damages cell membranes causing rashes, dry skin and surface damage.

Finding safe and natural products can often be confusing - the term "natural" is somewhat misleading with regard to use in cosmetics. In Australia manufacturers can add 5% of a natural ingredient to a synthetic product and call it natural.

Ultimately, what you use on your skin is an individual choice, and issues such as skincare goals, sensitivities or allergies, and personal values need to be taken into consideration. If you do choose to avoid ingredients such as those above the best way to do so is by reading product labels and making an informed decision. But if reading packages is not your style, it's usually safe to say that organic ingredients are best - think Bond girl, but in the buff rather than bronzed.

Glowing skin, fewer wrinkles, no blemishes, fuller lips, and of course the benefits that come automatically from all this such as a hot guy at your side and the envying glances of every woman in the room. And amazingly, all easily achievable with the latest miracle cream! It's easy to believe what the skincare giants promise, but do you know what you are actually slathering onto your skin?

Skin Care Anti-Wrinkle Cream is a Waste of Money! Confessions of a Beauty Expert

It may come as a shock to many men and women, but skin care anti wrinkle cream is a waste of money. I haven't always felt this way, however, times are changing and so are the anti wrinkle creams and lotions you once thought would work.

It used to be when those fine lines and wrinkles started to appear you'd reach for that old jar of Ponds, which if you don't know was a skin care anti wrinkle cream. There used to be an old commercial on TV where this woman in curlers is shown reaching into her jar of Ponds and then shown applying the white, gooey, mess to her face. Funny thing is many people still do something similar.

If you want the best and fastest results for your skin, you're going to have to get rid of your old skin care anti wrinkle cream and go with the latest high tech skin care products. Notice I said products? That's because to get real lasting results you may need a combination of products works synergistically.

Let me explain...There is no single product that is going to get rid of your wrinkles. There are many cheap products that will cover your wrinkles with a greasy mess, but it will cost you more in the long term because you have to use it often. It will also do more harm than good. Many of the cheap greasy products contain cheap filler ingredients such as alcohol which actually dries out your skin and will make your wrinkles worse!

The old anti wrinkle creams and lotion have now been replaced by things such as eye contour gels, deep active hydrating and cleansing masks, which by the way are absorbed into the skin. You no longer have to walk around your home with a green face. Other products include age defense active day creams, and restorative night creams.

While women may need up to 7 different products and men as many as 5, everyone is different and may need only a few. It all depends on the severity of your skin. You may also be thinking cost. Some of the products I mentioned only need to be used a few times the first few weeks then maybe twice per month. So, quality products end up costing you less than the old cheap skin care anti wrinkle cream, and will get you the best results.

The new high tech skin care products should contain only the best ingredients. You want to look for as many natural plant based ingredients as possible. You want ingredients such as Natural Vitamin E, Avocado and Macadamia Oils as well as active Manuka Honey from New Zealand. These are just a sampling of the natural ingredients you want to look for in anti wrinkle creams and lotions, but I think you get the idea.

In conclusion, don't waste your money on an old, out dated skin care anti wrinkle cream. Doing a little research on anti wrinkle creams and lotions will save you time and money and give you long and lasting results while saving you money.

Skin Care – Proper Facial Skin Care

Everyone needs proper facial skin care, irregardless of if it is the person with the perfect skin or the person with acne-prone skin; the person with blotchy skin tendencies or the person with oily skin. Good care is essential by all for beautiful healthy looking skin, and even the person with the perfect skin type has to maintain a proper and careful care regimen in order to maintain that perfect skin. Regardless of the type of skin that you may have however, all good facial skin care regimens follow the three basic mantras of daily skin care: cleanse, tone, and moisturize. How you do each of these on the other hand is dependent on the type of skin that you have.

Cleansing is always the first step of every skin care regimen. It is the step that removes the dirt, the grit and the excess oil from the surface of the skin. It is also vital for the removal of other pollutants, such as makeup, which could clog the pores of the skin and lead to the greater incidence of breakouts. For makeup removal, it is often advised to use a makeup remover specific to your skin type before proceeding to cleanse the face. This is because makeup removers are designed to remove makeup as thoroughly as possible - something that you may not find sufficient with just a cleanser. For facial cleansing, you should never use regular body soap.

Regular body soap is way too harsh for the face, irregardless of the type of skin that you may have. For oily skins, you must choose a cleanser that is specifically oil-based - these get rid of the excess oils on the face effectively. For dry skins, stay away from cleansers which may contain fragrance or may be colored - these could just as easily irritate the dry skin which is often prone to sensitization.

Toning is a step in facial skin care that many people often skip, but it is one that would benefit the numbers. Toning effectively removes any excess chemicals or impurities that may have escaped your cleansing routine. These include any traces of extra oil, dirt or makeup. Toning also serves to close the pores so that they do not readily become clogged again by dirt, oil or makeup. Persons with dry skin should be aware however to stay away from the alcohol-based toners or astringents - these would tend to dry the skin even further.

Moisturizing is the final step of a good facial skin care routine. It is most critical for replenishing the moisture content of the dry skin, but even the person with oily skin can benefit from the hydration benefits of proper moisturization (much unlike the popular concept of most persons who think that the oily skin does not need the benefits moisturization).

Beauty Day Spa – Ways to Rejuvenate Your Skin

The beauty day spa is becoming an oasis of health options. It's not just a place for pampering anymore, although that is still an important component of health care, as well. When one thinks of skin care at a spa, the face is often the first thing that might be thought of. But in reality, your entire body should be thought of and cared for. All areas should be the best that they can be.

One fairly classic way to rejuvenate your skin at a spa is with, of course, the tried-and-true facial. This is a procedure where a face is cleansed, massaged and treated with the appropriate topical products for the individual.

There are specific types of facials that may be appealing depending on a person's needs. There are some that focus on extractions, or collagen enhancement. There are some that include aromatherapy which adds an additional sensory level to the experience.

Some other options which have been added recently to spas' menus are actually physician administered procedures. Botox and Restylane are injectibles designed to promote an attractive complexion. Botox is used for relaxing the lines in a face while Restylane is effective in plumping up lips, adding fullness and smoothing wrinkles.

Sclerotherapy and Photofacials are used in the treatment of spider veins visible in one's appearance. Sclerotherapy is a method of injecting a solution into the unattractive affected area which collapses the blood vessel and therefore makes the spider veins disappear from sight. A Photofacial does essentially the same thing except it uses pulsing beams of light to target the unsightly spider veins.

Photofacials are also wonderful in the treatment of rosacea, which is a condition of red blotchy patches on the surface of a face. Acne can also be helped with this treatment.

Mesotherapy is another new advancement in the arena of cutting edge skin care. This is a process where medicine and vitamins appropriate to healing an individual's unique dermatological concern are injected into the middle layer of skin. This procedure is used in the treatment of cellulite and other types of body correction and sculpting.

Microdermabrasion techniques have also become a popular item offered at spas. It is another method to enhance the smoothness and silkiness. It is a great way to get rid of sun damage and scarring.

Lose Weight Fast – Don’t Its Unhealthy!

Losing more than a pound or two a week is not healthy. Fast weight loss is bad for two main reasons.

Lose weight fast and you will lose muscle

Firstly, if you lose weight quickly you lose muscle along with fat. This is bad when it comes to weight loss.

Muscle burns more calories than fat. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn and this applies to when you’re not doing anything strenuous. Losing muscle is therefore not a good idea.

Lose weight fast and you slow your metabolism

Secondly, if you lose weight too quickly your body will slow down your metabolism.

When we skip meals or crash diet, our body is programmed to think it's starving and slows down our metabolism to conserve energy.

What is conserved is our fat stores; our weight loss comes from water and muscle.

A Graphic example

For example, studies show that when dieting, the weight we lose is approximately 75 percent fat and 25 percent muscle.

In addition, a relatively high percentage of this weight loss is likely to be water.

Keep in mind, water accounts for about 70 percent of the total body weight of an average person, with muscle tissue containing approximately 75 percent water and body fat containing about 50 percent water.

Losing weight quickly is therefore very difficult as we are
simply losing water in the sort term.

The dangers of crash dieting

Crash dieting refers is a method in which we lose weight simply by restricting the number of calories consumed.

This method of losing weight fast is considered unhealthy, and it is rare that people who do it keep weight off.

They cannot adjust to these new unhealthy eating habits and then put the weight straight back on.

Your goal should be long term weight loss

Consider this, if you only lost a pound a week that would be 52 pounds a year and that is a lot of weight.

If you lose weight slowly you will remain healthy and also stand a good chance of keeping it off.

The maximum amount of body fat a healthy person can lose is about 1 or 2 pounds per week.

The human body is simply not designed to lose weight quickly and this is a healthy amount of weight loss to aim for.

Reasons why losing weight fast is difficult and unhealthy

Our bodies are programmed to help us survive in times of
starvation.

Our basic body reactions have been set since man first walked the earth and in those days food was not just a phone call, or short walk away.

In times gone by, famine was the biggest threat to mans survival and your body is programmed to protect you.

This is why it won't ever lose excessive amounts of fat in a short period of time; your body is programmed to conserve fat.

If you drastically reduce your calorie intake, you slow down your metabolism, in order to conserve calories, as we discussed earlier.

This is one reason why we encounter a weight loss quickly is, so difficult as your body actively fights to conserve weight, it’s a survival reflex.

Side Effects of Losing Weight quickly

In addition losing weight quickly has serious side affects that can harm us

Appearance of Loose Skin

If you shed weight too quickly, your skin does not have time to shrink to your new body dimensions.

The only effective treatment for this is to fix the lose skin with surgery.

Gallstones

Studies have shown that people who lose weight quickly, have a greater risk of developing gallstones.

Lack of energy and illness

Depending on the diet there are a host of other complications including lack of energy and nausea for those who cut out carbs and a general feeling of ill health and lack of energy as you deprive your body of food.

Lose weight slowly

Don’t be taken in by quick fix weight loss, its not possible aim for longer term weight loss.

You will lose weight, keep it off and feel both healthier and happier.

Beautiful Pale Skin – A Sign of Great Beauty

There is much to be said for those that possess beautiful pale skin, as this has been deemed a sign of great beauty for as long as history has been recorded. Everyone should admire skin that is so even, smooth, and creamy looking. Unfortunately all that most of us can do is envy these people, because the majority of people aren't lucky enough to have skin so even looking.

Most people have skin tones that vary in tone, and sometimes these variances can be quite extreme. Others suffer from various ailments such as sun or age spots which is melanin hyperpigmentation caused by damage from UV radiation over the course of one's lifetime.

Whatever the reason is, very few of us ever feel as though we could ever attain this beautiful pale skin which we deem to be so attractive. The cosmetics companies will tell you different however, and they are right in saying this. It is possible for anyone to attain that perfect alabaster skin through the use of cosmetically designed skin whiteners.

The problem is though that there are very few of these whiteners that contain the correct ingredients that are necessary in order for you to be successful in changing your skin's appearance. Most of the products available are formulated using harsh chemical ingredients that are damaging to your skin, and that are possibly even a threat to your health.

What these companies provide you with in order to help you to attain beautiful pale skin, are products that contain chemical bleaches. These bleaches are not only hard on your skin, but the application of these chemicals will in many cases leave your skin looking spotty, and more uneven than before you started treatment.

The other chemicals that are commonly found in products such as these, have been found to at times have a toxic effect on the organs and nervous systems of some users. There are many of these chemicals that have been banned in some areas due to the danger that they present, but their use is still widespread.

In order for you to truly get the beautiful pale skin that you desire then what you need to do is abstain from using products such as these, and instead treat your skin with products containing all natural ingredients. There is one wild ingredient that you should look for in particular, because it is by far the best compound for lightening your skin.

This ingredient is called Extrapone Nutgrass root extract, and it comes from a plant that grows freely throughout India. It will gently even out the various tones and marks on your skin, and blend everything into one light, creamy color. If you have sun spots or freckles Extrapone will take care of them by first fading them, and then preventing them from coming back, by inhibiting the melanin in your skin.

It is possible for you to have the beautiful pale skin that you have always wanted, but you have to use the right products in order to be successful.
