I love doing all of your videos! I try to do them everyday. I alternate between upper and lower body excercises, and most days I do abs because that is my problem area. I am hoping to get in shape over the next couple of months because I want to have another baby and want to start out in really optimum health – pregnancy takes alot of a girl! Also I am eating healthy, taking vitamins and trying to be more active in general.
