  4. I love doing all of your videos! I try to do them everyday. I alternate between upper and lower body excercises, and most days I do abs because that is my problem area. I am hoping to get in shape over the next couple of months because I want to have another baby and want to start out in really optimum health – pregnancy takes alot of a girl! Also I am eating healthy, taking vitamins and trying to be more active in general.

  7. Hello, Tammy this was my first time working out with you, and you were great, I just did the chest and back workout, and I thoughts it was great, you show ten, but I did do two more extra rep of ten. Going on to the next one.

  19. hello tammy, i just love all ur work out… i just had a baby girl 8 months ago and i just cant seem to lose any wieght or get back into shape, but now i have the greatest trainer to help me learn how to get the body i dream of having. youre exercices are awsome keep them comming while u are insperating many women and not only me, thank you soo much…
