  11. of couse it does—-its a human body whether female or male—same muscles are in both men and women——-yes it does work—-but guys get bored because bellydancers are girlies :) not that it doesnt work on men

  12. belly dancers are not supposed to be skinny —–but this two are talented—love them—not everybody can be fat and not everybody can be skinny

  13. its cool how they have abs but still a little bit of a belly which is required for *belly* dancing lol i think ima turn into a body builder my arms are killing me!!!!!

  14. most definitely. this is a great way to excercise and not be so stiff.

  15. twice a week I do the belly exercises, but now I ‘m starting to do them 3x’s a week……

  18. this is the very first video I started with, and after 2 weeks I saw the results of my waistline, and abs! the basic moves video is also a plus!!!

  19. 06.00 the legs up and the arms reaching towards them, i find VERY difficult to the point of almost impossible but its getting a bit better each day and i do feel that stretch. If you also find it like me, then take turns lifting each leg as opposed to both legs up at once (in itself difficult, for me anyway) so you keep stretching and dont stop and then go back to the lifting of both legs etc..just keep trying and do something at least half way there rather than nothing at all.
