  8. Women don’t bulk up if they lift heavy weights. We don’t have enough testosterone. If you lift heavy weight you will gain more muscle but not enough to make you look huge and bulky like a guy, it just enables you to get stronger not bulkier

  11. anyway me im a guy so i do like 4-6 exercise for the big muscles and 2-4 exercise for the small muscle doing 4 sets each set i will do 10-8-6-4 reps and putting more weight each set thats when im looking to bulk up but the 2nd phase of my treaining im trying to get toned so i do the same thing exept that during the 4 sets ill use the same weight doing between 12-15 reps each and each phase are lasting like 6 months each

  13. Only if you’re eating more calories than you burn. If there are no calories to build muscle, it won’t happen.

    Girls that bulk up just need to eat less, unless they want to be bulky.

    Heavy weights = muscle swelling or bulkyness

  22. it’s better to lift normal weights till there easy then heavy weights till there normal it doesn’t strain your muscles that way.
