  5. my god… i just tried this work out and i can’t believe that i can DO IT!!!!!!!! you have no idea how amazing this is for me.. i used to weigh 270 and have just changed how i eat..a LOT and exercise every day. i get on here often to learn a new move to incorporate it. thanks btw! i am now 180 and have never looked or felt better. would still like to lose inches. don’t care about the weight. i’m 5′4″ and know i should weigh less, but i have improved so much in strength alone!!! just..WOW..

  7. few simple rules:
    eat 6 times a day
    drink lots of water
    exercise is cumualtive so you can do 10min in the morining 10 after work and 10 b4 bed.
    Learn about calories and calorie deficates
    always eat protein with your meals
    always always ALWAYS eat breakfeast

  8. That first excersise (sit up) seems like it might be a little tough on the lower back.

    I started lifting weights at age 30 and I lost 50 lbs.

  16. eat less, exercise more, drink water with cayenne in it sometimes, avoid things with aspertame or artficial sweeteners and sodas…

  18. Its never too late, and yes you can loose weight, its will power that you need and lack of it limits most people.

    But good luck if you do try to change.

  21. @habibiee. Your body is a machine requiring energy for everything you do. As long as you use more energy than you take is (i.e., calories vs exercise), then you will lose weight. Nothing is more important to achieving an ideal weight than healthy eating. Set realistic goals and eat sensibly until you achieve them.

  24. Who told you that stupid lie? I suggest punching them in the back of the head when u see them. with proper diet (no junk food, pop etc.) and a regular exercise program anyone can lose weight and get into great shape. Hope the way I see it depends on how much work your willing to put in, when it comes to getting into shape you only get what you put in. so get out there and start running at least you’ll c results.
